Abstract

Plant parasitic nematodes are important agricultural pest groups. They establish parasitic interaction with their host during feeding period. The secretions called parasitism enzymes produced by nematodes play an important role in host-nematode interaction. The secretions have many properties such as degradation of plant cell wall, cellular metabolism and transport, cellular regulations and targeting, and mitigating host response. Recently, researches focus on functions of the enzymes produced by nematodes for plant- nematode interaction in the cellular and molecular level. The aim of the article is to give information about important nematode parasitism enzymes and their secretion locations.
