ASSESSING OF AS(III) AND TOTAL INORGANIC ARSENIC (IAS) IN WATER SAMPLES COLLECTED FROM MUĞLA(TURKEY) PROVINCE USING HYDRIDE GENERATION-ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY

Abstract


Olarak  bu çalışmada, basit ve sağlam prosedür doğrudan (III) ve As (V), hidrür nesil-atomik absorpsiyon spektrometresi ile (HG-AAS) As (III) olarak değerlendirilmesi ve eser inorganik arsenik türleşme için geliştirildi. Toplam arsenik belirlenmesi As As (V), (iii) Kİ (w / v) HCI, NaBH 0.25 M en uygun değerler% 0.30 ile (w / v) askorbik asit ve% 1.0 indirgenmesiyle elde edilmiştir 4  ve NaOH konsantrasyonları ve argon gazı akış oranı deneysel olarak tespit edilmiştir. Saptama sınırı (3s) 0,62 mg L idi -1  ve bağıl standart sapma (RSD)% 2.9 (n = 11) idi. Önerilen yöntemin doğruluğu sertifikalı referans malzeme (NIST CRM 1643e) örneği analiz edilerek değerlendirilmiştir. Yöntem, farklı su örneklerinde arsenik türleşme uygulandı. Bu Muğla ilinden toplanan su örneklerinde inorganik arsenik izleme üzerinde gerçekleştirilen bir öncü çalışma olarak ileri sürülebilir.
